ListHub reporting customers have probably noticed that each of their property reports contains the total number of leads received for each listing, for the life of the listing.  But which publisher websites did these leads came from? This information is available in the Reporting section of your ListHub Pro account!

How to create a custom report – leads by publisher for each listing:

• Log in to your ListHub account
• Click the “Reporting” tab
• Click the “Custom Reports” tab
• Define your custom report for “MLS Number” and show details by “Publisher”
• Choose the listing you want to view and then click the arrow to the left to expand and see a breakdown of views and leads by publisher

That’s it!

Advanced Options:

• Sort the data by lead ratio to see which publishers are converting the most detail views to leads.
• Use the additional criteria dropdown (3^rd down) to narrow your search results. For example, narrow by property type by choosing the listing type, such as “lots/land” or residential.
• Click the calendar option in the upper right hand corner to change/update the date range.
