ListHub only works with publishers who agree to specific terms that ensure listing content is used for consumer display only, keeping your members’ listings safe from misuse and keeping brokers and agents in control of their data.

Syndicating listings without proper data protections can lead to a number of problems, including inaccurate information online. Inaccurate listings not only undermine the efforts of brokers and agents, they’re also a major cause of friction in the real estate lifecycle and they mislead consumers.

Three core tenets every publisher under contract in the ListHub network must follow include:

• Listing data may only be used for consumer display
• Listing owner retains ownership of the listing content, including photos and other marketing information
• Listing information will be removed from the publisher’s website once the listing is off-market

Before you syndicate outside of the ListHub network or manually enter your listings on a publisher website, be sure to carefully review the terms and conditions of each publisher to ensure that your data is safe and being used for the intended purposes only.
