We have made a recent update to the ListHub platform to help ListHub Pro customers maximize the value of the ListHub Reports.
Throughout June and early July we will be rolling out a new feature to update agents with the progress of their Seller Reports. Agents will be receiving a progress update email with an inventory of current listings. The email will note the listings that have been set up to send auto-emailed Seller Reports to clients and which still need to be set up. Your agents will be able to schedule Seller Report emails by clicking the link directly in the email – making it easier to keep clients informed!

New! ListHub customers can now schedule their Seller Reports to be delivered to clients on a weekly basis for more frequent client communications. This is currently available for all ListHub Reports customers.
Email Schedule
Your agents members will receive this new email on a weekly basis unless they have requested otherwise in their ListHub account. Agents may update or change the frequency by logging in to their ListHub account and clicking the “Settings” link in the upper right hand corner then click “User Information” to change to bi-monthly or monthly.
Opt-Out
Your agent members may opt-out of the emails by updating their settings in their ListHub account or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the progress update email. Please be aware if your agents unsubscribe they will no longer receive report emails from ListHub for the associated account and role. If you have an account with multiple roles (i.e. – broker administrator, agent) you will only be opted out of emails per your role. You or your agents can change your subscription status by clicking the “Settings” link in your ListHub account.
