Have you made recent changes at your MLS that may affect your members’ syndication services through ListHub? Examples might include:
- Changes to your RETS feed
- Your board/association merging with another MLS
- Changes to the syndication settings within the MLS
- New MLS staff
- Updates to how your members access ListHub through your website or MLS system
By making us aware of these types of changes, our Customer Care and Training teams can provide your members with the best possible service. Some changes, including your MLS merging with a separate MLS, can have a direct impact on your members’ online advertising, resulting in their listings not being displayed on the broker-selected third party websites. These updates may also impact services that your members are paying for such as the ListHub Reports or Connector products, which can in turn affect the services they are providing to their clients. However, if ListHub is notified in advance, we can provide messaging and support to transition ListHub customers so they don’t experience any disruption in their service.
Please send any recent or upcoming updates to mls.info@listhub.com. We’ll have someone from our team contact you directly if the changes have any direct impact on your members’ service with ListHub.
Interested in a ListHub refresher for your MLS staff? Available for both MLS and Association Executives, as well as current staff members, this training will review your MLS-level dashboard and reporting tools, as well as walk you through the dashboard and reports available to your members. Contact the ListHub Training Team at trainingteam@listhub.com to schedule your free training.
We can also plan an event for your members! These events can be hosted in person (we’ll come to you!) or via an online webinar. We will educate your members about the latest trends in online marketing, review the free tools available through ListHub, and also preview the enhancements available if they would like to kick their marketing up a notch.
