Navica Partners With ListHub

Offering Navica Customers with Best-in-Class Listing Distribution Platform

navicaSystems Engineering, Inc, providers of Navica, has partnered with ListHub in order to provide its current MLS partners with the best-in-class listing distribution platform.  MLSs who had previously used Navica’s Listing Syndication tools will now have the option to transition to ListHub without losing any of the features or functionality they receive with Navica today, while adding the benefits of ListHub’s comprehensive toolset, including protective terms for listing content, lead management controls, reporting, and more. Please note, this change does not impact SEI’s other MLS products, only its listing syndication offering.   Beginning in early 2015 SEI will discontinue its listing syndication product.

With ListHub, brokers will continue to have full control over their syndication, with the ability to opt-in/opt-out of syndication or specific publisher websites in the ListHub network. Current Navica Listing Syndication customers will get all the same benefits PLUS:

  • More Publishers: From 20 to over 60 (Including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae’s HomePath.com and both the Franchise and MLS REN, or Real Estate Network)
  • Boost Your MLS Public Site: Ability to redirect traffic to your SEI Provided Association Website, plus demonstrate the value to your members! Add your MLS public site traffic statistics to the ListHub reports, and quantify the value that you provide, at no additional cost
  • Local Relevance: ListHub supports dozens of regional and local publisher websites, and can work with you to support special sites that are important to your members
  • Data Protections: More comprehensive protections for your members’ listings, across ALL of the publisher websites in the ListHub network
  • MLS-Wide Reports: MLSs will have access to the traffic reports for your market area – a comprehensive view of the top performing publisher websites, the geographic location of your home buying consumers, and much more. ListHub reports also keep MLS staff current on which brokers are participating in the program
  • MLS Control Panel: 24 X 7 access to your MLS-wide reports, as well as the entire set of tools for reviewing the network of publisher websites, including the publisher channel scorecard, links to each website and their end user license agreements, publisher ratings, and more
  • MLS Preferred Publisher: Give your members the advantage of your expertise and guidance. The MLS Preferred Publisher Program is an optional program that allows your MLS to designate certain publishers as “Preferred” based on the criteria that you establish. Without controlling your members’ advertising, you can make a positive difference by helping them to think critically about the advertising choices that they make

There is no cost for MLSs to participate with ListHub and syndication is a free service for your broker members.
