Point2 Syndication Ends February 22

In September 2014, Move, ListHub’s parent company, acquired Point2’s U.S.-based syndication services. As a result, MLSs using Point2’s syndication services have been transitioned to ListHub so their broker and agent members may continue advertising their listings online after Point2 syndication services sunset on February 22.

The benefits to new customers are numerous, including:  faster listing updates, stronger protections for your listing content, more robust reporting and analytics, and more.  It’s important to note that you and your agents may continue to leverage all other Point2 marketing products (Point2 Agent) and services. This change only impacts syndication services.

FAQ’s
How many publishers do I have available through ListHub?
ListHub includes a network of over 70 national publisher websites, as well as dozens of regional and affiliate websites. Visit our website to view a list of available publishers, or login to your MLS dashboard and click the “Publishers” tab then “Publisher Choices” tab to view all of the available publishers in your market. If you do not have your username and password please email mls.support@listhub.com to request it.

Who can choose publishers?
ListHub is a broker-controlled service. Only the broker-in-charge may opt-in or opt-out of publishers by creating a free ListHub account and clicking the “Publishers” tab to make selections. Agents may create a free account to view the publishers selected by the broker and access the free tools available or upgrade to receive reporting.

Do you have messaging available to update our members on this change?
Yes! Please email marketing@listhub.com with the name of your MLS to be provided appropriate messaging for your members.

Will this change effect my member’s Point2 Agent Website?
You and your members may continue to leverage all other Point2 marketing products (Point2 Agent) and services. This change only impacts syndication services.

IMPORTANT TIP
If your members have a Point2 Agent Website they will need to login to their ListHub account and subscribe to Point2 Homes in order to have their listings populated on their Point2 agent website going forward. If they chose “Maximum Marketing” when they signed up for ListHub their listings will automatically be sent to Point2 Homes. Also, if your MLS is set up as an “Opt-out” market with all listings being sent to all publishers, then your member’s listings will automatically be sent to Point2 Homes.

How can I access support?

Support is available to all broker and agent customers via their ListHub dashboard. Click the dropdown next to their username in the upper right hand corner then click “Support.”

Your members can also email our Customer Care team at customercare@listhub.com or call  1-877-560-0171 from 9am. to 8pm EST. For MLS support please emailmls.support@listhub.com.

Is training available for our MLS staff?
Yes, we offer one-on-one training for your MLS staff to either refresh yourself on the ListHub platform or if you are new to the network, become acquantiatied with the tools available for both the MLS and your members. Please email trainingteam@listhub.com.

Do you offer training for our members?
Yes! Free training is available through our free weekly webinars. We also offer on-site or webinar training exclusively for your membership. Please email our MLS Education Coordinator, Diane Yane at diane.yane@listhub.com to request training.
