The report also stated \u201cteams in real estate create the opportunity to deliver information, guidance and customer service to clients without having to be a superhero individual sales associate who works 75-plus hours each week.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s time to embrace the notion that building elite teams within your brokerage can yield much success! According to this same <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inman.com\/2016\/07\/25\/team-transactions-outpacing-top-producers-according-real-trends\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u201cthirty percent of brokerages had teams that produced over 45 percent of their company\u2019s total sales volume in 2015.\u201d The report goes on to suggest that by \u201cguiding the leadership and structure of a team, brokerages regain some balance in the team\/broker\/owner relationship.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supporting teams within your brokerage can be challenging; it will take time, resources, dedication and sometimes tough decision-making.
