According to Chris Kutzkey, President of CAR, \u201cSold job growth and favorable interest rates will drive a strong demand for housing next year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other growth includes median home prices, which are forecast to increase by 3.2 percent in 2016 after a projected 6.5 percent increase this year compared to 2014. The report also states that fixed mortgage interest rates will rise slightly, but still remain at the historically low level of 4.5 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Kutzkey also mentions, \u201cDemand in less expensive areas such as Solano County, the Central Valley, and Riverside\/San Bernardino areas will remain strong thank to solid job growth in warehousing, transportation, logistics and manufacturing in these areas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ListHub is available to many brokers and agents in the California market through our partnership with CRMLS.
