{"id":1678,"date":"2015-09-14T21:19:39","date_gmt":"2015-09-14T21:19:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/listhubnews.com\/mls\/?p=1678"},"modified":"2015-10-15T01:04:56","modified_gmt":"2015-10-15T01:04:56","slug":"featured-market-nashville","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/listhubnews.com\/mls\/featured-market-nashville\/","title":{"rendered":"Featured Market: Nashville"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cEvery month the numbers come out and it keeps getting better,\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnar.org\/news\/greater-nashville-home-sales-strong-through-august\">said Cindy Stanton<\/a>, President of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR). \u201cFor the fourth consecutive month and the seventh time this year the region has seen a double digit increase in area home sales.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During the month of August, GNAR reported 3,770 closings \u2013 a 16.7% increase over the closings reported for the same time period last year. Year-to-date closings have also increased by 13.7% over the previous year and it looks like the growth trend will continue.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrippsmedia.com\/newschannel5\/news\/Nashville-Housing-Market-Continues-To-Be-Red-Hot-326142371.html\">According to<\/a> Zelda Sheldon, a Realtor with Village Real Estate, \u201cThis is a super hot area.
