The Connector is a new service for Realogy\u2019s brand affiliates to efficiently sync data from the MLS to Realogy\u2019s internal database, CREST. With The Connector, brokers will be able to automatically populate their listing data from their MLS directly into the CREST database, alleviating hours of redundant data entry and ensuring accuracy across systems.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for The Connector, brokers must be an affiliate with one of the following brands: Better Homes and Gardens\u00ae Real Estate, CENTURY 21\u00ae, Coldwell Banker\u00ae, ERA\u00ae, or Sotheby’s International Realty\u00ae. The broker must also be a member of a ListHub-enabled MLS.<\/p>\n

ListHub also offers a Connector product for Keller Williams affiliates. With the KW Connector, listings are accessed from the KWLS and distribution to the ListHub network is automatic. Plus, ListHub will pick up changes made in the KWLS (including added photos or expanded remarks) for display on ALL Keller Williams syndicated listings! Brokers and agents are able to efficiently sync data across listing databases \u2013 saving countless hours of manual data entry and ensuring that listing data is correct across all systems!<\/p>\n
