Zillow finalized its acquisition of\u00a0Trulia\u00a0in February, forming the Zillow Group. The acquisition means an end to Trulia as a standalone company, and thus an end to the ListHub agreement with\u00a0Trulia. As part of our commitment to the industry, we have made arrangements to continue providing your members’ listings directly to Trulia until April 7, the same day ListHub\u2019s agreement ends with Zillow.<\/p>\n
Our Commitment to the Industry and the Brokers We Serve<\/strong><\/p>\n ListHub will continue to provide brokers with a single platform for listing distribution to more than 150 other websites that we support today. We will continue to provide efficient listing aggregation and distribution within a platform that empowers brokers to manage listing content and analytics in a central control panel. As long as the publisher participants accept\u00a0our terms<\/a>\u00a0that provide protections to content owners, we will continue to provide listing syndication services to them.\u00a0 In addition to 150 national and regional portals, ListHub’s distribution network currently includes industry websites such as those for: the\u00a0franchise REN<\/a>, the MLS REN, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Connector products (which feed to franchise \u201cback office\u201d systems for\u00a0Keller Williams<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Realogy<\/a>\u00a0brands).<\/p>\n Support for Consolidated Reporting and Analytics<\/strong><\/p>\n The ListHub platform will also continue to provide the industry’s gold standard in reporting.\u00a0 We will accept\u00a0metrics from the Zillow group for inclusion in the reports. In order to include\u00a0these metrics\u00a0in your members’ reports after\u00a0April 7, you will need to request them directly from\u00a0Zillow.
