For\u00a0this month\u2019s &#8220;Tips and Tricks,&#8221; we will focus on how brokers and agents can find out which zip codes are most popular with the online consumers who have looked at their listing inventory and how they can use these insights to reach potential clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1 \u2013 Accessing The Data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.listhub.com\/broker-pro.html\">ListHub Pro customers<\/a> with reports can log in to their new reporting dashboard to see which zip codes are generating the most views and leads for their listings. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/app.listhub.com\/accounts\/login.action\">Log in<\/a>\u00a0and click the \u201cReporting\u201d tab then \u201cCustom Reports\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Under \u201cCustom Reports\u201d click the first drop down and choose \u201cZip Codes\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Choose how to display the details &#8211; for example, choose \u201cShow Details by Publisher\u201d\u00a0to see which zip codes are most popular on individual publisher websites<\/li>\n<li>Sort the data by the number of Detail Views or Leads<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/listhubnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Dashboard-Zip-Code-Report.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1633\" alt=\"Dashboard Zip Code Report\" src=\"http:\/\/listhubnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Dashboard-Zip-Code-Report.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2 \u2013 Learn More About Those Consumers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Companies like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.claritas.com\/MyBestSegments\/Default.jsp?ID=20&amp;menuOption=ziplookup&amp;pageName=ZIP%2BCode%2BLookup\">Nielsen<\/a> can provide additional demographic and psychographic data to help learn more about the consumers in the zip codes where potential clients might be. Just enter the zip code desired and you will be provided with information such as the median age, median income, break downs of the household composition, and much more. The segment profiles provide further insights into the type of people who generally live in these communities and their interests.
