In fact, the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae (NAR) reported that in the 12 month period ending March 2016, home sales from foreign buyers were estimated at $102.6 billion.<\/p>\n<p>As a brokerage firm, this could pose great opportunities for you and your agents! According to NAR\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/theglobalview.blogs.realtor.org\/2016\/04\/19\/how-one-agent-adjusted-his-business-to-attract-international-clientele\/\" target=\"_blank\">Global View<\/a>, \u201cthe first step to success in global real estate is simply adjusting one\u2019s mindset from thinking locally to thinking globally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>You must first consider whether you and your agents are versed in the <a href=\"http:\/\/listhubnews.com\/global\/international-etiquette\/\" target=\"_blank\">etiquette<\/a> required to successfully conduct business internationally.
