The National Association of REALTORS® 2017 Profile of International Home Buying Activity shows that 51% of the purchases made by international buyers in the 12 month period of April 2016 – March 2017 were by non-resident foreigners. Nationally, sales are up 1.1% since May 2017, and up 2.7% since June 2016. The median sales price is also up 5.8% more than June 2016, at $252,800.
