What state holds the top spot of international buying interest? Florida!
New data from realtor.com® reports Florida as holding three of the top ten markets for international traffic, including the number one spot with Miami, FL. Furthermore, the National Association of REALTORS® 2016 Profile of International Residential Real Estate Activity in Florida states that “foreign buyers relocating to Florida accounted for 22 percent of all foreign buyers purchasing in the U.S. in 2016.”
