I have forgotten my "Username" and/or my "Password", what now?
Simply click Forgot Password and select your MLS and type in your email address. The ListHub system will create a new password for you and send it and your "Username" to your email inbox.
I have reset my password but still cannot login, what now?
Simply click Request Support and submit a support request, please be sure to insert your username in the request form and a support representative will contact you shortly via email.

Understanding ListHub: The Value of Reporting

ListHub specializes in the collection, aggregation, and analysis of large quantities of analytics across all of the websites where brokers advertise their listings through ListHub. These analytics provide brokers and agents with powerful data in a useful format.

Reporting provides brokers with valuable insights into their listings’ performance, including search frequency, views, and inquiries via phone and email. Consumer leads are meticulously monitored, and their online locations are identified. These traffic metrics are then correlated with property listing details, agents, and other variables within ListHub reports. Armed with this comprehensive data, brokers can strategically shape their online marketing initiatives to optimize client service. In today’s digital-focused marketing landscape, the significance of tools for gauging digital campaign effectiveness is greater than ever.

For effective reporting, independence and comparability are essential. An online marketing platform needs its own method to gather metrics consistently from each publisher due to the various ways statistics can be gathered and presented. ListHub achieves this by applying uniform measurements to all websites and presenting data in a grid for equitable comparisons. ListHub offers a reporting platform covering consumer activity on various real estate website categories.

Types of websites included

Automatically included in reports:

  • Traffic metrics from the national publishers in ListHub’s network along with dozens of regional publishers.
  • ListHub supports the inclusion of traffic and lead marketing metrics for select publishers outside the ListHub network including Realtor.com® If you send listings to Realtor.com® and subscribe to the ListHub reports, we can include Realtor.com for those listings on your reports.

By MLS request:

  • MLS Public Sites: The MLS may utilize the ListHub Javascript API to track events on their consumer-facing site for display in the ListHub reports. There is no fee for this service. Requests should be directed to info@listhub.com.

The primary events displayed in ListHub Reports are:

  • Property-Detail Views
  • Property Search Result Views
  • Property Visits (Click-Throughs) [MLS ONLY]
  • Inquiries (Leads)

ListHub’s tracking system supports many additional consumer events, including the following:

  • EMAIL CLICKED: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER*, depending on where the email is sent. Shows how many times the email link is clicked, and it opens an external email client.
  • EMAIL SENT: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER*, depending on where the email is sent. How many times a form is filled out and submitted through the browser without opening an external email client.
  • PHONE CLICKED: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER*, depending on which phone number is revealed. How many times a link is clicked to reveal a phone number.
  • PHONE CALL: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER*, depending on where the phone number leads. How many times a phone call is placed through the mobile app version of your website.
  • WEBSITE CLICKED: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER*, depending on the destination. How many times the Agent’s, Office’s, or the Broker’s website link is clicked.
  • SHARED: Variations are *MOBILE, *FACEBOOK, *TWITTER, *LINKEDIN, *PINTEREST and *GOOGLE_PLUS. How many times this individual property is shared via social networks or email which is “SHARED” by itself.
  • LISTING SAVED: How many times this property is followed or saved to favorites.
  • PRINT MEDIA CLICKED: How many times this property is printed.
  • PROPERTY MAP CLICKED: How many times the map of this property or equivalent link is clicked.
  • DRIVING DIRECTIONS CLICKED: How many times a “get directions” or equivalent link is clicked.
  • VIDEO CLICKED: How many times the video for this property is clicked.
  • VIEWED MORE PHOTOS: How many times the “see more photos” or equivalent link is clicked.

Who gets reports?

Reports are available in a hierarchy of access levels, providing an appropriate report of aggregated metrics for the following roles:

  • MLS: Free to the MLS. Emailed at the beginning of every month in HTML and PDF format. The MLS report includes the complete list of registered brokerages using the ListHub program and whether they participate at the paid or free level.
  • Broker
  • Office Manager [if applicable]
  • Agent
  • Seller

SELLER REPORT:

  • Displays brokerage logo.
  • Displays agent photo and contact information.
  • Choose whether to display leads.
  • Auto-email function for effortless client updates.
  • Valuable benchmarking statistics that let seller know how listing is performing compared to. properties in similar price range/ZIP code.

SELLER EMAIL:

  • Includes auto-email function for monthly, biweekly, or on-demand delivery to seller clients.
  • Email message body is customizable with the ability to auto-populate seller’s name and  supports co-lister and automatic CC to the agent on each scheduled email delivery.
