Education and Support

ListHub offers comprehensive support to all customers through a variety of channels.

Delivering and displaying listing details online requires efficient and quick technical support. Listing delivery, display, and accuracy issues need immediate resolution. Listings can be delivered and displayed on numerous sites. The online advertising platform must provide a single place for brokers, MLSs, and other content providers to resolve any issues with delivering and displaying data. Without it, brokers are forced to deal with each publisher individually. MLS staff are typically burdened with the task of assisting members with support issues, with limited resources and support contacts with the publishers.

Support must be available at several levels:

  • Data Distribution: Support must be available to resolve any issues with retrieving data from the MLS or content source and de livering that data to publishers.
  • Display: Support must work to fix any issues with data being displayed inaccurately or data that is not kept up to date.
  • MLS/Content Source: The MLS or content source must have high level support resources to report any delivery or accuracy issues and problems escalated from brokers.
  • Broker: Brokers must be able to contact support for any issues with their display or platform settings.
  • Platform: The online advertising platform must provide support on use of the platform and leveraging the tools available.

MLS-Level Support

MLS staff can access the highest level support team by logging into the MLS Dashboard and submitting an inquiry or issue online. As an alternate method, MLS staff can call the customer care department or their ListHub point of contact on the Industry Relations team, or send an email to mls.support@listhub.com. This address is strictly provided to our MLS partners and their staff, and should be used to report high-level issues such as RETS changes, MLS software migrations, and other MLS-wide questions.

Training Topics

An effective online marketing program must include training. Brokers need to be aware of the tools available, benefits to their clients, methods of determining publishers that are a good fit, obtaining support, interpreting reports, etc. Brokers should be encouraged to actively manage their advertising program to ensure listings are being delivered to publishers that best meet their needs.

  • Accessing and using the ListHub dashboard
