ListHub Publisher Network

The 411 on Affiliate Publishers

ListHub makes it easy to send your listings, straight from your MLS, to a network of over 85 national real estate websites like Homes.com, HomeFinder.com, Homes & Land, and many more. National publishers accept listings nationwide and are available to all broker customers. Certain websites accept different types of listings. For example, certain publishers accept rentals, land, lake homes, condos, and other specific types of listings, while others do not. To see the types of listings accepted by each publisher, check out our detailed Scorecard Comparison, available in your ListHub dashboard under the Publishers tab.

In some markets, regional publishers are also available so that brokers have an even bigger network to choose from. For example, brokers in New Jersey have the option to send their listings to NJ.com. In fact, there are more than 100 regional publishers in the ListHub network. The easiest way to find out what regional publishers are available in your area is to log in to your ListHub account and click the Publishers tab then select Publisher Choices to view the full list of publisher choices.

There is a third type of publisher you may be less familiar with, as they do not appear on the ListHub dashboard: affiliate publishers. Affiliate publishers include speciality websites or third-party vendors that require a pre-existing (sometimes paid) relationship with the broker or agent in order to accept the listings. In this case, the affiliate publisher provides the individual broker/agent with an affiliate code to input into the ListHub dashboard, allowing that broker to choose the affiliate publisher and send their listing data. For example, luxuryrealestate.com is an affiliate publisher in the ListHub network and is known for providing access to fine international estates and property listings from across the globe. Luxury Real Estate has formed partnerships with top national and international companies that provide superior real estate related services to the luxury market. Those brokerages affiliated with LeadingRE would provide ListHub with an affiliate publisher code to have their listings automatically sent to luxuryrealestate.com, alleviating the need for redundant data entry and ensuring the content is MLS-accurate.

Request a Publisher
Is there a vendor or website you work with that is not in the ListHub network? Are you manually entering your listings in different systems when ListHub could be sending them automatically on your behalf? Send your publisher requests to publisher.info@listhub.com. Our team will review the requests to evaluate if the website meets ListHub’s requirements to join our publisher network.
